traditional cold smoked trout
deeper smoke roasted troutOur cold smoked trout is cured and smoked at room temperature before being finely hand-sliced into indulgent slices ready to serve.
Our smoke roasted sides are from larger fish and are filleted before smoking. This gives them a deeper smoked flavour and drier flakey texture.
200g packets for £10 (ideal for a starter for 4 people or canape's for 12 people)
We also produce 500g sides for parties and special occasions but request that you pre-order these at least three weeks before dispatch.
500g sides are £25 (ideal for a starter for 10 people or canape's for 30 people)

Orders must now be placed in advance and will be subject to availability.Depending on where we are in our production cycle orders for fresh packets may take up to 3 weeks to fulfil. Once we have agreed your order details with you we will send you an invoice with details of how to pay.
